1. Return & Refund Eligibility

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be included
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page

2. Return / Refund Process

To request a return or refund:

  • Contact us at support@tronyfi.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and the reason for the return
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions

After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days.


3. Refund Method & Shipping Costs

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item)

If the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions, the return may be declined or a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the item.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tronyfi.com
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, a full refund, or store credit. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Tronyfi Global.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed

This Refund & Return Policy applies to orders placed through Tronyfi Global and delivered within the State of Kuwait only.
