1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and labels must be included
- A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories
- Final-sale or non-returnable items, if clearly stated on the product page
2. Return / Refund Process
To request a return or refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@tronyfi.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return address
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund or exchange will be processed within 5–10 business days
3. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.)
- If the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions, TRONYFI Global reserves the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@tronyfi.com
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit, and the return shipping cost will be covered by TRONYFI Global.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be followed
6. Policy Scope
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to orders placed through TRONYFI Global and delivered within the State of Kuwait only.
