Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, provided that:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging

• All accessories, manuals, and promotional items are included

• The product is not damaged or altered

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase, subject to product availability. The same conditions as returns apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

• Items without original packaging or missing accessories

• Custom-made or personalized products

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

• K-NET: Refunds processed within 10 business days

• Visa/MasterCard: Refunds processed within 15 business days

• Cash on Delivery: Refunds processed within 7 working days

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
