2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and all accessories and labels
  • The order number or proof of purchase must be provided

3. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Products that do not include the original packaging or complete accessories
  • Products stated on the product page as non-returnable

4. Return and Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us via email at support@tronyfi.com within 14 days from the date of delivery
  • Provide your order number and the reason for return
  • Once approved, you will receive return or exchange instructions

After receiving and inspecting the product, the request will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.


5. Refund Method and Shipping Costs

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at checkout, noting that the process may take up to 14 business days
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as an incorrect or damaged product)

If the product does not meet the return conditions, the request will be evaluated based on the product’s condition.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or a video showing the damage or defect

After verification, one of the following options will be offered:

  • Full refund
  • Product replacement
  • Store credit

In this case, shipping costs will be covered by Tronyfi Store.


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment with a full refund
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policies outlined above
