How to set up & use

Unfold the stepper using the one-touch yellow release button to lift the handrail into position. Insert 2 AA batteries into the display unit, then select your preferred incline angle (30°, 34°, or 37°) and resistance level (1–10). Step onto the pedals while gripping the handrails for stability and begin your workout. When finished, fold the machine and stand it upright against the wall using the integrated transport wheels.

Connectivity & compatibility

This is a standalone fitness machine — no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth required. The built-in phone holder is compatible with most smartphones including iPhone, allowing you to use your own fitness apps and entertainment during workouts. The digital display is powered by 2 AA batteries.
