The Kingsmith WalkingPad MX10 is a full-size foldable treadmill that folds in half and stands upright, so it can live in a corner or beside a sofa instead of dominating a room. It runs from 1 to 10 km/h on a 1220 x 410 mm running area, which covers walking during meetings, brisk lunchtime walks and light jogging. A flip-open tray table, adjustable-height handles, a drink holder and a remote control make it a genuine walk-while-you-work machine rather than a treadmill you have to stop using to answer an email.
Key features & benefits
Vertical fold storage
The MX10 folds in half in a couple of steps and stands upright, taking a folded footprint of 439 x 793 x 965 mm so it can be tucked against a wall or next to furniture between sessions.
1 to 10 km/h speed range
Slow enough to walk comfortably while typing, fast enough for brisk walking and light jogging when you want a real cardio session.
Flip-open tray table
An anti-slip tray table doubles as a standing desk and tablet holder, so you can keep working, reading or watching while you walk.
Adjustable-height, foldable round handles
Set the handles to suit your height and your screen, and fold them away when you do not need them; the rounded shape is safer and more comfortable to grip.
1220 x 410 mm running area
A 48 x 16.1 in deck gives room for a natural stride rather than the cramped shuffle you get on small under-desk pads.
Quiet brushless motor
The manufacturer rates the motor at under 65 dB in operation, quiet enough to keep walking through a video call without the machine dominating the audio.
SoftStep cushioning with EVA and PET shock absorption
The cushioned deck takes some of the impact out of every step, which matters if you are walking for hours rather than minutes.
Remote control and built-in transport wheels
Change speed, start and stop from the remote without breaking stride, and roll the treadmill between rooms on its built-in wheels instead of carrying 40 kg.
How to set up & use
Read the supplied manual before your first session. Unbox the MX10 on a flat, hard, level floor, leaving clear space behind the deck so there is somewhere safe to step off. Unfold the deck and raise the handles to your preferred height, then plug the power cord in and fit the safety key. Stand on the side rails, not the belt, when you start the machine, begin at the lowest speed and hold a handle until you have found the belt's rhythm. Build up your pace one step at a time. When you have finished, stop the belt, remove the safety key, unplug the unit and fold the treadmill upright for storage.
Connectivity & compatibility
The MX10 connects over Bluetooth to the free KS Fit app, which records your workouts and tracks distance and progress with no membership required. KS Fit is published for both iPhone (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play). The treadmill also works with third-party fitness apps such as Kinomap for guided sessions. None of this is required to use the machine: the built-in LED display and the supplied remote control run everything on their own, so the MX10 is fully usable as a standalone treadmill.
What's in the box

1 x Remote control
1 x Safety key
1 x Power cord
1 x Hex tool
1 x User manual
Care & safety
Read the manual fully before first use, and always attach the safety key before you start the belt.
Keep children and pets well away from the treadmill whenever it is running, and unplug it when it is not in use so it cannot be started accidentally.
Place the machine on a flat, hard, level surface with clear space behind the deck so you can step off safely.
Do not exceed the stated maximum user weight of 120 kg (265 lb); if your manual states a different figure, follow the manual.
Always start at the lowest speed, stand on the side rails when starting or stopping, and increase pace gradually.
Unplug the treadmill after every session and before cleaning; this is exercise equipment, so anyone with a heart condition, an existing injury, or who is pregnant should consult a doctor before use.
Who it suits
It suits desk workers and home users who want one machine that can handle both all-day walking meetings and a proper light-jog cardio session, then disappear upright into a corner.
