The LePresso Forthmate is a cordless handheld frother that swaps between three interchangeable heads, so one slim tool froths milk for a latte, whips cream and eggs, and blends batter or sauce. A 6500 RPM motor runs off a rechargeable 1500mAh battery over USB Type-C, which means no cable trailing across the counter and no batteries to replace.

How to set up & use

Charge the frother fully over USB Type-C before first use and rinse the whisk you plan to use. Push the chosen whisk onto the shaft until it clicks. Pour milk, cream or your mixture into a tall jug, filling no more than two thirds so it has room to rise. Submerge the whisk fully before switching on, press the button to start and press again to step through the speed levels. Move the whisk gently up and down for an even texture, then switch off before lifting it out of the liquid. Rinse the whisk immediately after use.

Care & safety

Never immerse the motor handle. Only the stainless steel whisk may go into liquid. Keep the handle, button and charging port dry and never rinse them under a tap or put them in a dishwasher.

Switch off before lifting out. Always stop the motor before removing the whisk from the jug, otherwise the mixture will spray.

Unplug before cleaning. Disconnect the charging cable and switch the unit off before detaching a whisk or wiping the body down.

Look after the battery. Charge only with a 5V/1A USB source, keep it away from heat and direct sunlight, and do not use the frother while it is charging.

Keep away from children. The whisks are small parts with moving edges. Store the frother and its accessories out of reach of children and never leave it running unattended.

Rinse the whisk in warm soapy water after every use and dry it before storing. Wipe the handle with a soft damp cloth only.
