How to set up & use

Rinse the mug and filter before first use. Add your ground coffee or loose tea to the base, pour in hot water without exceeding the fill level, and let it steep. Press the plunger down slowly and evenly to separate the grounds, then fit and lock the lid. Drink through the spout, or seal it fully and take the mug with you.

Connectivity & compatibility

This is a completely standalone product with no electronics, no battery and no charging. It works with ground coffee and loose-leaf tea rather than capsules or pods, so there is nothing proprietary to buy and no consumables to keep restocking.

Care & safety

Do not overfill with boiling water - stay below the maximum fill level so the press has room to work and hot liquid cannot force its way out.
Open the lid slowly after brewing to let steam escape gradually, and never point the spout towards yourself or anyone else while releasing pressure.
Press the plunger down slowly and steadily; forcing it can push hot liquid up past the seal.
Hand-wash only with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, as the manufacturer does not state that this mug is dishwasher safe.
Avoid abrasive scourers, bleach and harsh chemicals, which can damage the stainless steel and the silicone seals.
Dry all parts fully before reassembling and storing, and check the silicone seals periodically for wear.
