How to set up & use

Pick the colour you want and straighten the first few centimetres of the strand so it feeds cleanly. Let your 3D pen reach its operating temperature, then insert the filament into the pen's feed opening following the instructions supplied with the pen. Draw at a steady pace and let each layer set before building on top of it. To change colour, let the previous strand finish or retract it as your pen's manual describes, then load the next one.

Connectivity & compatibility

This is a standalone consumable with no electronics, battery or wireless connection. It is intended as refill filament for 3D printing pens, so check the filament type and diameter specified in your pen's manual before loading it.

Care & safety

Store the strands coiled and away from direct heat or sunlight so they do not soften or deform.
Keep the filament away from the hot nozzle of your pen except when feeding it in.
Do not force a strand into the pen; if it resists, stop and check the pen is at temperature.
Adult supervision is recommended when children are using a heated 3D pen.
Keep loose lengths and offcuts away from small children and pets.
Work on a protected surface and let finished pieces cool fully before handling them.
