How to set up & use

Place the fryer on a flat, heat-resistant surface with clearance around the vents and plug it into a 220-240V outlet. Add food to the basket, then either pick one of the 8 presets on the touch panel or set temperature and time manually. To use it remotely, download the Tuya app, pair the fryer to your home network, and control or monitor the cook from your phone. Shake or turn the basket partway through for larger batches, and let the unit cool before removing and washing the basket.

Connectivity & compatibility

Works with the Tuya smartphone app on iOS and Android for remote control and monitoring. It is also fully usable standalone through the on-unit digital touch panel.

Care & safety

Let the appliance cool completely before cleaning, moving or removing the basket.
Keep at least a hand's width of clearance around and above the unit so hot air can vent freely.
Never immerse the main body or power cord in water — wipe the housing with a damp cloth only.
Clean the basket after each use so grease does not build up and smoke on the next cook.
Do not overfill the basket; leave room for air to circulate or food will cook unevenly.
Plug directly into a suitable wall outlet rather than a light-duty extension lead, given the 1800W draw.
Keep the unit away from walls, curtains and anything flammable while in use.
