How to set up & use

Place the cuff on your left wrist with the device facing up, aligning it approximately 1cm above the wrist bone. Sit comfortably with your arm at heart level. Press the power/measure button once. Wait for the cuff to inflate, measure, and deflate automatically. Results will display and be read aloud. Press the memory button to review past readings.
