How to set up & use

Charge the Tender fully through its USB-C port before first use. To charge wirelessly, place the magnetic face against the back of a MagSafe-compatible iPhone and it will align and begin charging automatically. For wired charging, connect a USB-C cable between the power bank and your device. Check the LED digital display at any time to see the remaining charge.

Connectivity & compatibility

One USB-C port handles both input (5V/3A, 9V/2A, 12V/1.5A, 18W max) and output (5V/3A, 9V/2.22A, 12V/1.67A, 20W max), plus a magnetic wireless charging surface with 5W, 7.5W, 10W and 15W output levels. Total combined output is 5V/3A, 15W max. It attaches magnetically to MagSafe-compatible iPhones and MagSafe cases, and the USB-C port will charge Android phones, tablets, earbuds, smartwatches and other USB-C devices.

Care & safety

Do not expose the power bank to high heat or leave it in direct sun for long periods, and never leave it in a parked car.

Keep it in your carry-on bag when flying; lithium power banks are not allowed in checked airline baggage, subject to your airline's rules.
