How to set up & use

Plug the USB-C connector into your phone, tablet or laptop; there is no pairing and no charging. Hook each bud over the ear so the driver sits comfortably in the ear canal. Use the multi-function button to play, pause and answer calls, and the slider to set volume. Start at a low level and raise it only as far as you need.

Connectivity & compatibility

These are wired earphones with a USB-C plug and a 120cm cable, drawing power and audio from the host device. They work with USB-C phones, tablets and laptops that support digital audio output over USB-C, including recent iPhone, iPad, Samsung and other Android models as well as USB-C Windows and Mac laptops. Impedance is 32 ohms, so they are easy to drive from a phone. There is no Bluetooth and no battery.

Care & safety

Keep the volume well below maximum and take a break every hour or so — sustained loud listening causes hearing fatigue and can lead to permanent hearing damage.

Wipe the buds with a dry cloth and keep the USB-C plug clean and free of lint.
Keep them away from water, sweat pooling and prolonged damp, and dry them after a workout.
Unplug by the connector rather than pulling on the cable, and avoid sharp bends near the plug.
