How to set up & use

Charge the power bank fully before first use with the supplied USB-C to C cable and a USB-C wall charger. To charge a device, plug it into either the USB-C or the USB-A port and the bank will begin delivering power automatically. Use the USB-C port for the fastest 20W Power Delivery charging, and use both ports together when you need to top up two devices at once.

Connectivity & compatibility

Compatible with any device that charges over USB, including iPhone and Android smartphones, tablets, wireless earbuds, smartwatches and USB-C accessories. The USB-C port supports USB Power Delivery for fast charging on PD-capable phones, while the USB-A port supports Quick Charge devices and standard USB charging. Use your own device cable for Lightning or Micro-USB products.

Care & safety

Keep the power bank away from heat sources and out of direct sunlight, and never leave it in a parked car.
Do not crush, drop heavily, puncture or attempt to open the casing.
Stop using the power bank immediately if the casing swells, deforms or becomes unusually hot.
