How to set up & use

Before installing, turn off your computer's built-in Bluetooth if it has one, to avoid conflicts. Plug the UGREEN AX900 directly into a free USB port — Windows will detect it and install the built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers automatically within a couple of minutes. Once installed, connect to your Wi-Fi network from the taskbar icon as usual, and pair Bluetooth accessories through Windows' Bluetooth settings. Adjust the external antenna upright for the best signal.

Connectivity & compatibility

The UGREEN AX900 is built specifically for Windows 10 and Windows 11 (x86/x64) desktop PCs and laptops, with drivers built into the device itself. It does not support macOS, Linux, or Windows 7/8/8.1/XP — please check your operating system before ordering. On the Bluetooth side, it pairs with wireless mice, keyboards, speakers, and game controllers.
