How to set up & use

Charge the case first, then open it beside your phone so the earbuds enter pairing mode and appear in your Bluetooth list as UGREEN Dots. Select them once and they will reconnect automatically every time you open the case afterwards. Use the touch areas on the stems to play, pause, skip and answer or end calls, and install the UGREEN app if you want to change settings or check battery status. To use two devices, enable the dual-link option and pair the buds with the second device, after which they will hold both connections at once.

Connectivity & compatibility

The Dots A3 connect over Bluetooth 6.0 with latency within about 80 ms and support the AAC and SBC codecs. Dual-link lets them stay paired with two devices simultaneously, for example a phone and a laptop. They work with any Bluetooth-capable phone, tablet, laptop or desktop on iOS, Android, Windows or macOS, with no special hardware needed. The UGREEN app for iOS and Android adds control over settings and status, and the charging case recharges over USB-C.

Care & safety

Keep the volume moderate and take regular breaks, because extended listening at high levels can cause permanent hearing damage.
Do not use them at high volume while walking or cycling in traffic, since in-ear buds already reduce how much of the road you can hear.
Clean the ear tips, mesh and charging contacts regularly with a dry, soft cloth, and let the tips dry fully before putting the buds back in the case.
Stop using them and get advice if you experience ear discomfort, itching, pain or ringing.
Keep the earbuds, the spare tips and the case away from small children, as the small parts are a choking hazard.
Charge only with a compliant USB-C charger, do not leave the case charging unattended or overnight, and keep it dry while charging. IPX5 covers sweat and splashes, not immersion.
