How to set up & use

Charge the power bank fully over USB-C before first use. To charge wirelessly, hold the pack against the back of your MagSafe-compatible iPhone or magnetic case and let the magnets pull it into position; charging starts automatically. For faster charging, or for devices that are not magnetic, connect a USB-C cable to the USB-C port instead. Press the power button to check the remaining charge level.

Connectivity & compatibility

Wireless charging follows the Qi2 standard, so the magnetic hold and coil alignment work with MagSafe-compatible iPhones and with MagSafe-compatible cases. A thick case, or a case with no magnet ring, will weaken the grip and can slow or prevent wireless charging altogether. Other Qi-compatible phones can charge on the pad at standard Qi speeds but will not benefit from magnetic alignment. The USB-C port delivers up to 30W and works with any USB-C device, including phones, tablets, earbuds and smartwatches, and is also used to recharge the power bank itself.

Care & safety

Charge only with a compliant USB-C charger, and do not leave the power bank charging unattended or overnight.
Keep it away from heat and direct sunlight, and never leave it in a parked car.
Stop using it immediately if the casing swells, deforms or becomes unusually hot.
Do not crush, puncture, disassemble or immerse it in water.
Airline rule: lithium power banks must travel in cabin baggage and are never permitted in checked luggage. Most airlines allow up to 100Wh without prior approval, so check the Wh rating printed on the casing before you fly.
At the end of its life, dispose of it at a proper battery collection point rather than in household waste.
