How to set up & use

Switch the vacuum off and take it off the charger. Detach the dust cup from the body, empty it, then lift out the old filter assembly. Fit the new filter into the same position, making sure it seats fully and squarely so unfiltered air cannot bypass it, then refit the dust cup until it clicks. If you are washing rather than replacing, rinse the filter under clean water only, with no detergent, and let it dry completely before it goes back in.

Connectivity & compatibility

This filter pack is made for the Xiaomi Mi Handheld Vacuum Cleaner 1C (also sold as the Mi Vacuum Cleaner 1C), the cordless stick vacuum. It is not the same part as the filter used in Xiaomi's robot vacuums, including any model with 1C in its name, and it does not fit the G9, G10 or G11 cordless range. Check that your machine is the handheld 1C before ordering. If your vacuum is a different model, contact us and we will confirm the correct filter for you.

Care & safety

Switch the vacuum off and disconnect it from the charger before removing the dust cup or changing the filter.
Let the vacuum stand and cool if it has just been running before you handle the filter housing.
Use only filters intended for the Mi Handheld Vacuum Cleaner 1C; a filter from another model will not seal correctly.
If you rinse the filter, use clean water only and never detergent, bleach or hot water.
Never refit a damp filter and never run the vacuum without a filter fitted - both can damage the motor.
Xiaomi's guidance is to replace the HEPA filter about every two years, or sooner if it is torn, discoloured or no longer recovers airflow after washing.
