How to set up & use

Place the fryer on a flat, heat-safe surface with clearance around the vents and fill the top-mounted water tank for any steam-based function. Load food into the basket, then use the interactive LCD dial to pick a preset recipe or set your own time, temperature and function. Watch progress through the 7-inch viewing window without opening the basket. Connect to the Xiaomi Home app over Wi-Fi to browse online recipes and monitor cooking remotely.

Connectivity & compatibility
