How to set up & use

Charge the headphones over USB Type-C before first use. Power them on near your phone and, on Android, Fast Pair offers one-tap setup; otherwise pick REDMI Headphones Neo from your Bluetooth list. Install the Xiaomi Earbuds app to change noise cancellation levels, switch EQ presets, manage dual-device connection and update firmware. For wired listening, plug a data-capable USB Type-C cable into a compatible phone, tablet or laptop to switch to USB Audio mode.

Connectivity & compatibility

Bluetooth 5.4 with Bluetooth Low Energy, HFP, A2DP and AVRCP profiles, and a 10m range in open space. They pair with any Bluetooth phone, tablet or computer on iOS, Android, Windows or macOS. The Xiaomi Earbuds app (iOS and Android) adds EQ, ANC level control and firmware updates; on Xiaomi HyperOS 3 phones the same settings appear in the Bluetooth menu. Google Fast Pair works on Android, and audio sharing (two headphones on one device) is limited to selected Xiaomi HyperOS models. Wired USB Audio mode needs a data-capable USB Type-C cable, which is not supplied.
