A 6.5-litre air fryer that does far more than chips. 360° convection heating circulates hot air around the whole basket so food browns evenly without flipping halfway through, and 1800 W of power gets it up to temperature quickly. How to set up & use

Remove all packaging from inside the basket and run the fryer empty at a high temperature for around ten minutes to clear the factory smell, in a well-ventilated kitchen. Note this is the UK-plug model, so a plug adapter is needed on Kuwaiti sockets. Add it in the Xiaomi Home app and connect it to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, then load the basket no more than two thirds full, choose a mode and set the temperature and time.

Connectivity & compatibility

Connects over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n) to the Xiaomi Home app on Android and iOS for remote control, preset recipes, timers and cooking notifications. It also works fully from the control panel on the unit if you prefer not to use the app.

Care & safety

Let the fryer cool down fully before cleaning it or putting it away — the basket and interior stay hot long after the cycle ends.
Keep the rear and top air vents clear and leave space around the appliance; never push it against a wall or under a low cabinet while running.
Never immerse the base unit, cord or plug in water — wipe the outside with a damp cloth only.
Do not line the basket with foil or baking paper in a way that blocks airflow, and do not overfill it.
Open the drawer away from your face; hot steam escapes as soon as it is pulled out.
Unplug it after use and keep the cord away from the hot body and from the edge of the worktop.
