The Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro takes the familiar Mi Band formula and gives it a large 1.64-inch rectangular AMOLED screen, so notifications, workout stats and watch faces have room to breathe. Built-in GNSS means you can track a run without carrying your phone, and 110+ workout modes cover everything from a treadmill session to open-water swimming. With typical use it runs for around 12 days between charges.

How to set up & use

Charge the band fully with the supplied magnetic cable before first use. Install the Mi Fitness app, create or sign in to your account and follow the pairing prompts over Bluetooth. Once connected, choose a watch face, enable the health tracking options you want and set your daily goals; sync happens automatically whenever the app is open nearby.

Connectivity & compatibility

Pairs over Bluetooth 5.2 BLE with the Mi Fitness app on Android 6.0 or higher and iOS 12 or higher. Health and workout data can be synced onward to Strava and Apple Health from within the app.

Charge only with the supplied magnetic cable and do not expose the band to extreme heat.
