The Xiaomi Smart Standing Air Circulation Fan is built to move air around a whole room rather than just cool the seat in front of it. A DC inverter motor pushes 1440m³/h of air up to 13 metres and oscillates 120° left to right and 100° up and down, so fresh air reaches every corner. It runs as a floor-standing or table-top fan and connects to the Xiaomi Home app for scheduling, 100 speed levels and smart scenes.

How to set up & use

Fit the fan head assembly onto the stand, then lock the stand into the base and adjust the height for desk or floor use. Connect the supplied power adapter and plug it into a wall socket. Power on with the button on the unit and cycle through the four on-device speed levels, or open the Xiaomi Home app, add the device over 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and unlock the full 100 speed levels, oscillation control, timers and smart scenes.

Connectivity & compatibility

Wi-Fi IEEE 802.11b/g/n on the 2.4GHz band. Controlled through the Xiaomi Home app on iOS and Android, with voice control available through Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa on compatible smart speakers. It can also be linked to a temperature and humidity monitor, air conditioner or other Bluetooth-gateway Xiaomi devices so it switches on or off automatically at set room temperatures; those devices are sold separately. This is the UK version and ships with a UK 3-pin plug, which fits Kuwait wall sockets directly with no adapter needed.

Care & safety

Place the fan on a flat, stable surface before switching it on.
Keep fingers and objects out of the grille while the blades are turning, and keep children away from the fan.
Unplug the fan before cleaning it or moving it to another room.
Do not leave the fan running unattended overnight.
Do not use the fan if the power cord or adapter is damaged.
Wipe the grille and housing with a dry or lightly damp cloth only; never rinse the motor housing under water.
