How to set up & use

Turn the speaker on and put it into pairing mode, then connect it to your phone or tablet from the Bluetooth menu — no app required. Once paired, press the light button to cycle lighting modes, or briefly press the Auracast button to link additional Sound Play speakers for synced multi-speaker audio and lighting.

Connectivity & compatibility

Connects over Bluetooth 6.0 to any Bluetooth-enabled phone, tablet or laptop, and pairs with a second Sound Play unit for stereo or with other Auracast-enabled Xiaomi Sound speakers for group listening. Works as a standalone speaker with no app or account required.
