The Xiaomi Water Ionic Hair Dryer H500 pairs a 1800W motor with double water ion technology to dry hair quickly while helping it keep its natural moisture. A 20,000 rpm DC high-speed motor and seven aviation-style turbine blades push airflow up to 20 m/s, and NTC smart temperature control alternates hot and cold air so the scalp and hair surface are not overheated. The compact anodised aluminium body weighs 550g without the nozzle and packs easily for travel.

How to set up & use

Attach the magnetic nozzle by simply bringing it near the air outlet, then plug in and choose your speed and heat setting on the switches. Towel-dry hair first, hold the dryer roughly a hand's width from the hair and keep it moving, then switch to cold air at the end to set the style. Remove and rinse the air intake filter regularly to keep airflow strong, and hang the dryer up by its loop when you have finished.

Connectivity & compatibility

This is a standalone appliance — there is no app, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection. It runs on 220V at 50-60Hz, which matches Kuwait's mains supply, but this is the UK-plug version so a UK-to-Kuwait plug adapter is required.

Care & safety

Never use the dryer near water, over a filled basin, or in the bath or shower.
Unplug it from the socket immediately after use and do not leave it plugged in unattended.

Let the dryer cool completely before storing it or hanging it up by the loop.
