الاسترداد والإرجاع والاستبدال
الإرجاع/الاستبدال خلال 14 يوم من الاستلام.
يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبـ تغليفه الأصلي وكل الملحقات + إثبات الشراء.
المعالجة بعد الفحص: 5–10 أيام عمل.
الاسترداد لنفس وسيلة الدفع (قد يستغرق حتى 14 يوم عمل).
شحن الإرجاع على العميل إلا إذا كان المنتج خاطئ/تالف.
المنتج التالف/المعيب: بلّغ خلال 48 ساعة مع صور/فيديو.
